Silent Voices

"Silent Voices" is a workshop that was lead by Jessica, Ken and Nadine in 2022 at Fuchsbau Haus der Jugend. The project dealt with the very personal experiences of children during the Corona period. Through creative writing and drawing, the children were given a safe space by Nadine to deepen and express their emotions and experiences during the last two years of Corona without judgement. From their artistic work, they developed these emotions into a mask, using Larvel/Basel masks as a basis for their work. Together with Jessica and Ken, the children created short scenes based on their experiences and masks, which were filmed.
