Nadine is an interdisciplinary artist, theatre pedagogue, drama teacher, language tutor and Expressive Arts facilitator. She is the co-founder of Khudéla and has been working for 17 years with children, youth and teachers in Europe in a variety of settings. Since 2014 she has worked as a creative expert in Erasmus+ projects throughout Europe as well as designing and implementing the projects herself. She is highly experienced and passionate about bringing creativity into the classroom in out-of-the-box ways to support varied learning abilities, enhance learning strategies and to promote and support mental health. 

Over the past 25 years, Kara has worked as an actress, an Argentine tango dancer, yoga teacher, english teacher and life coach. The past few years she has focused more on the self-reflective practice of life coaching. These different aspects of the creative arts combined with coaching methods have created a fusion of techniques ranging from communication and role-playing via tango, to self-confidence via theatre exercises to cultivating a strong robust physical awareness via Yoga. Her goal is to help forge a path for her students towards self-inquiry and self-awareness. Whether it’s the physicality of dynamic movement or the clarity of a simple question, the final result leads to a more embodied, connected and authentic experience of ourselves.
